Shipping Policy

We deliver across India.

Depending on the delivery location, we employ appropriate shipping partners to deliver your order.

Deliveries usually take place within 5–7 working days. Occasionally, there could be delays in delivery owing to uncontrollable factors.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds and Replacements

We take great care to ensure quality and consistency in every order. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Any replacements will be evaluated and provided at our sole discretion.

We do not offer refunds or returns based on individual taste or personal preference.

In case of Partial COD orders, the advance amount paid is non-refundable. In the event of returns, cancellations, or refusal of delivery, the partially paid amount will not be refunded.

For prepaid orders, in case of approved returns, a courier/handling charge of ₹99 will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining amount will be processed accordingly.

Order Cancellation or Modification

We will do our best to accommodate your request for cancellation or modification of your order. Please contact our customer care team via chat or call for assistance.

In case of cancellation, the amount will be credited to the same account from which it was deducted within 7–10 working days.
